3 years agoSan Diego Padres second baseman/outfielder Adam Frazier is not in the starting lineup for the second straight night on Friday. Frazier's absence comes as he has fallen ice cold at the plate, slashing .172/.213/.207 with one extra-base hit, one RBI and four runs scored over his last 16 games. Until he exhibits a significant turnaround at the plate, managers should leave him on the bench for now, and in shallower formats drop him to the waiver wire. With Frazier out, Jurickson Profar is getting the start at second base and is batting eighth in the lineup.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
