Adam Humphries Catches Seven Passes
3 years agoWashington Football Team wide receiver Adam Humphries caught seven passes for 44 yards on eight targets in Thursday night's win against the New York Giants. Humphries was relied upon to be a security blanket for Taylor Heinicke, as he has potentially stepped into a significant role in the Washington offense with Curtis Samuel out of the lineup. He could be playing himself onto the fantasy radar in deeper PPR leagues if he can continue to demand a similar target share going forward. The former Tampa Bay Buccaneer has a realistic chance to be the No. 2 wide receiver on the depth chart for however long Samuel is sidelined, considering he was a bit more involved than rookie Dyami Brown in this game.
