6 years agoChicago Bears tight end Adam Shaheen is not expected to play in the team's second exhibition game against the Giants on Friday. Shaheen has been dealing with a back injury since the beginning of camp and has been slow to work his way back. Even if he is currently healthy, the Bears will not risk further injury to a player that has failed, thus far, to tap into his potential. The former second-round pick has struggled to stay on the field through the first two years of his career. Shaheen has talent but is not fantasy viable until he can prove to consistently be able to stay on the field.--Joey C - RotoBaller
