Adam Thielen Feels "Rejuvenated"
2 years agoMinnesota Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen (ankle), who had season-ending ankle surgery last year, feels "rejuvenated" coming off his injury while playing under new head coach Kevin O'Connell. Thielen played in only 13 games in 2021, catching 67 of his 95 targets for 726 yards and 10 touchdowns, his second straight year with double-digit scores. The veteran pass-catcher has been on the field for organized team activities and said his ankle "is great." The 31-year-old will once again start alongside All-Pro wideout Justin Jefferson in an offense that could be much more dynamic under O'Connell. While Thielen hasn't surpassed 1,000 yards receiving since 2018, he should be a solid source of receptions in PPR leagues and could continue to dominate in the red zone.
