7 years agoChicago Cubs shortstop Addison Russell hit his first home run of the spring Tuesday evening. Russell finished the game 2-for-3 and is off to a nice start this spring with a .364 batting average. Russell is a good candidate to outperform his draft value in 2018 after a rough 2017 both on and off the field lowered his draft stock. With the shortstop position thin, fantasy owners who miss out on the top tier may want to look at Russell.
