3 years agoBaltimore Orioles catching prospect Adley Rutschman continued his hot hitting on Saturday with three hits at the Double-A level. Two of those hits went for extra bases: a double and a solo homer. The first overall selection in the 2019 amateur draft was hitting .234 on May 25 but is now up to .281. He also has seven home runs and a BB-K of 24-24 in 27 games. His performance has been good for a 171 wRC+. The top-catching prospect in baseball is likely nearing a promotion to Triple-A and is already a must-have dynasty asset.
