2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Adrian Houser (elbow) left Thursday's start early after experiencing elbow tightness, and manager Craig Counsell stated after the game that he will be placed on the injured list. Early indications are that the right-hander isn't expected to miss a significant amount of time, but he will undergo further tests on Friday to hopefully receive a firmer timetable. Houser made it through just 2 1/3 innings versus the Pirates on Thursday while allowing three runs on a pair of homers to take his ERA up to 4.72 on the year. Fantasy managers shouldn't feel the need to stash him since his fantasy numbers this season are sitting well below-average.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
