4 years agoSan Diego Padres pitcher Adrian Morejon pitched well as an opener Tuesday against the Texas Rangers, firing three frames of no-hit ball. Promoted from the taxi squad, Morejon walked just one and fanned four on 39 pitches. The Friars No. 6 prospect has a long-term ceiling as a mid-level starter but will be used in a hybrid role in 2020. With the bullpen pitching poorly, Morejon has an opportunity to earn high-leverage situations. For now, the 21-year-old’s fantasy value is reserved for dynasty leagues.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
