2 years agoSan Diego Padres pitcher Adrian Morejon (elbow) has been recalled to the big league roster on Tuesday. He is set to make his MLB debut after being sidelined for 14 months due to Tommy John surgery. It sounds like the plan is for Morejon to pitch out of the bullpen, but he could join the starting rotation at some point. Morejon was once a top prospect in the Padres farm system, but has struggled staying healthy. He's not expected to hold much fantasy value while coming out of the bullpen. Right-hander Robert Suarez has been optioned to the minors in the a corresponding move.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
