Adrian Peterson The Lone Bright Spot For Redskins
5 years agoWashington Redskins running back Adrian Peterson carried the ball 14 times for 76 yards against Minnesota on Thursday night. He also caught two passes for 27 yards. This would have amounted to a solid fantasy day if he capped it off with a touchdown, but his team was held out of the endzone entirely for the second straight week. Peterson has now racked up at least 76 rushing yards in each of his last three games, which lends promise to his value going forward provided he maintains the volume that's gotten him to those totals. Week 9 presents a formidable matchup in the Bills Defense, so temper expectations for Peterson's next game.
