4 years agoDetroit Lions running back Adrian Peterson carried the ball four times for 21 yards and added a nine-yard reception in the Lions 30-27 win over Washington in Week 10. The veteran has been deployed as the starter in the first month of the season but has been supplanted by the emergence of rookie running back D'Andre Swift. Swift's ascendence seemed like only a matter of time but that time appears to have arrived. It can be justified to continue rostering Peterson in deeper formats as a handcuff to Swift, but the veteran running back will have little to no fantasy value heading into Week 11.--Joey C - RotoBaller
