2 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder AJ Pollock (illness) is back in left field and is leading off on Wednesday against Toronto Blue Jays left-hander Hyun Jin Ryu. Pollock sat out the last two games with a non-COVID-related illness, but he's back in there on Wednesday. The 34-year-old hasn't helped fantasy managers much in 2022, as he's hitting just .216/.246/.333 with two home runs, 10 RBI, 13 runs scored and one stolen base in 32 games. In the last 14 days, Pollock has gone 7-for-33 (.212) with one solo home run. The good news is he's been better against lefties, going 6-for-26 (.231) with both of his home runs against them this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
