3 years agoThe Detroit Tigers will place outfielder Akil Baddoo (head) on the 7-day injured list after being diagnosed with a concussion. He suffered a concussion during a collision in the outfield with Derek Hill on Tuesday. According to manager A.J. Hinch, Baddoo also hurt his shoulder during the collision. The 22-year-old will be able to join the team once he clears MLB concussion protocols. Detroit will also be without Derek Hill (rib) and will be short-handed in the outfield. Eric Haase and Niko Goodrum should see additional playing time while both Hill and Baddoo are sidelined.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
