3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers first baseman Albert Pujols went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Saturday's victory versus the New York Mets. The veteran drew a rare start, but came through with his 10th home run as a Dodger in the process. Pujols has occasionally gotten starts for the Dodgers, but he has mainly worked as a bench player. For the season, Pujols is now hitting .243 with 15 home runs and 45 RBI. With his lack of playing time, Pujols can safely be left on the waiver wire.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
