2 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals designated hitter Albert Pujols hit a pair of homers on Saturday to help his club rout the Diamondbacks 16-7. It was career number 691 and 692 for the future Hall Of Famer as he inches closer to the illustrious 700-HR mark. The 42-year-old went 4-for-4 on the night as he now has 13 long balls for the year to go along with a respectable .269 BA through 69 games. Pujols has been on fire with five homers in as many games over the past week, so fantasy managers may want to strike while the iron is hot with an eight-game slate upcoming for the Cardinals next week.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
