Albert Wilson Has Contract Restructured
5 years agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver Albert Wilson will be around for the 2020 season after restructuring his contract. He was set to make $9.4 million next season but instead of cutting him, the Dolphins reworked the deal with Wilson. He'll receive $3 million and $1 million more in possible incentives. He hauled in 43 receptions for 351 receiving yards and one touchdown through 13 games last season. He'll compete with Allen Hurns in training camp for a starting spot next season out of the slot. He could have useful games here and there in deep PPR leagues if he's starting in the slot, but he'll likely be inconsistent as the third option behind DeVante Parker and Preston Williams.
