Alcides Escobar Drives In One, Scores Twice
3 years agoWashington Nationals shortstop Alcides Escobar went 2-for-5 against the Pittsburgh Pirates Saturday with an RBI and two runs scored. He's only put together a .709 OPS in 229 at-bats, but he's racked up 41 runs in his 55 games. He doesn't seem like he's going to move out of the two-spot, making him a possible deep-league pickup if fantasy managers can stand the lack of power.
