Alcides Escobar Drives In Two Tuesday
3 years agoWashington Nationals shortstop Alcides Escobar drove in two runs with a double and a sacrifice fly against the Miami Marlins in an 8-2 win, going 1-for-4 on the day. Despite just a .691 OPS on the season, Escobar has racked up 41 runs scored and 20 RBI in 242 at-bats from the second spot in the lineup. He's readily available in almost all leagues, so fantasy managers in deeper formats can look to him as a low-cost fallback option.
