3 years agoHouston Astros left fielder Aledmys Diaz went 1-for-5 in the Astros 6-5 victory over the Royals on Wednesday afternoon. Diaz extended his hit streak to six games and continues his torrid stretch of offense in the month of August. Over his last 87 at-bats, Diaz is slashing .310/.341/.402 with six extra-base hits and 12 runs batted in. With the return of Alex Bregman, Diaz now finds himself in the outfield.
