4 years agoHouston Astros infielder/designated hitter Aledmys Diaz has been activated from the injured list prior to Saturday’s doubleheader against Oakland right-handers Frankie Montas and Chris Bassitt. Diaz has been out of the mix for virtually all of 2020 due to a strained right groin, which has limited him to one game and just two at-bats this year. The Astros boast a stacked infield group, with the path to consistent playing time muddled for Diaz, even after posting an .823 OPS last season. He could have DFS upside against particular pitchers moving forward.--Jesse Borek
