6 years agoFlorida Panthers center Aleksander Barkov posted three assists with a plus-three rating and a blocked shot in Monday's 5-3 victory against the Washington Capitals. Sasha has six helpers over his past three contests, and he is up to 34 goals and 94 points across 80 games while posting 13 goals and 31 points on the power play. All of those marks are career bests, as is his 17.2 shooting percentage. His 94 points also tied Pavel Bure for the franchise record set during the 1999-00 season. Barkov proved not only that his 78 points in 2017-18 were a fluke, but he was just scratching the surface. He'll be an early-round fantasy pick in 2018-19.--Daniel Dobish
