2 years agoNew York Giants Wide Receiver Alex Bachman led the team with 122 receiving yards and 11 receptions while also scoring two touchdowns through the air in Sunday's 25-22 preseason win over the Cincinnati Bengals. The undrafted wideout out of Wake Forest has been on and off the practice squad of the Giants since 2019 following his release from the Los Angeles Rams. Once Sterling Shepard returns from an injury, New York is going to be somewhat deep at the wide receiver position, making it tough for Bachman to carve out a spot on the 53-man roster. The 26-year-old wide receiver has yet to record a reception in the regular season in his career, but another strong performance in the preseason could help him secure a spot on New York's practice squad or a spot on another team's roster.--Skyler Carlin - RotoBaller
