6 years agoHendrick Motorsports driver Alex Bowman looks to continue his solid string of performances when he starts from the 13th position in Sunday's Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Bowman hasn't been able to find his way to Victory Lane yet, but he is about as close as you possibly can come without a celebratory burnout and spraying beer. Bowman has three consecutive runner-up finishes at Talladega, Dover and Kansas, showing his impressive versatility of a variety of tracks. He also showed well with an eighth-place run in the All-Star Race, and a third-place showing in the Monster Energy Open.--Daniel Dobish
