3 years agoAlex Bowman begins Sunday's race from Las Vegas from the seventh position. During the Spring race, the No. 48 driver had several issues which resulted in him finishing two laps down. Sure, there is a reason this might happen again. However, Bowman was one of the fastest cars last week during the final stages at Bristol. He came from the middle of the field to finish fifth. Bowman likely will lead few laps, if any (none so far during the chase). On the other hand, those final 107 laps expect to see Hendricks cars moving to the front. Their downforce and late speed should help Bowman on Sunday. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
