With stats of one win, three top-fives and nine top-10 finishes, he is currently in eighth place in the standings. Bowman will be looking for his second win of the season and will also be looking to make a deep run in the playoffs, so a win would boost his confidence. It is also important to note that Bowman has only led 18 laps this season, which shows that he might not be ready to contend for a championship.
