3 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman (quad) could be facing a lengthy absence with a left quad strain, according to Brent Zwerneman of the Houston Chronicle. Manager Dusty Baker said that the severity of Bregman's injury is not yet known, but he added that, "it looks like we've lost Bregman for a while". He will undergo further examinations on Thursday, but managers should start preparing for an IL stint in the near future for Bregman.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
