4 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman will try and keep it rolling at the plate Friday against the Rangers. Bregman went 3-for-5 on Thursday with one double, one triple, one home runs, two runs scored and three runs batted as the regular season is winding down. It has been an underwhelming season for the slugger and is slugging only .380 in the month of September. Bregman's performance on Thursday hopefully leads to more elite play and once the postseason begins, the 26-year-old is as dangerous at the plate as they come. Bregman could be a solid source of power Friday in Texas as the third baseman will carry a .480 slugging percentage on the road into the game.--Joey C - RotoBaller
