6 years agoHouston Astros infielder Alex Bregman will look to shake loose of a 3-for-23 slump when the Astros play the Mariners at Minute Maid Park on Tuesday. It was only a matter of time before the hottest hitter in the game cooled off at the plate but he still is an MVP candidate with two weeks left in the season. He still is slashing .308/.455/.731 in the month of September with five home runs, seven doubles and 14 runs batted in over his last 15 games. He hasn't done much at the plate over the last week but fantasy owners need to ride the wave on a player that has emerged as one of the most dangerous hitters in the game.--Joey C - RotoBaller
