2 years agoThe Houston Astros placed third baseman Alex Bregman on the paternity list on Monday and recalled infielder Taylor Jones from Triple-A in a corresponding move. Bregman will be away from the team for up to three days to be with his wife, so fantasy managers need to act accordingly to begin the week. The 28-year-old finished the month of July slashing .242/.321/.455 with four home runs, 17 RBI and 14 runs scored in 26 games, and he's now hitting .242 on the year with 13 home runs, 55 RBI and 53 runs scored in 420 plate appearances. Aledmys Diaz is starting at third base and hitting cleanup on Monday against Boston Red Sox right-hander Nathan Eovaldi.
