3 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman (hamstring, quad) is slated to resume his rehab assignment on Friday. Bregman has been out of Houston's lineup since mid-June with a quadricep strain and his most recent setback in rehabilitation was due to hamstring soreness. Fantasy managers are no doubt disappointed, given the 27-year-old was hitting .275/.359/.428 with seven home runs, 34 RBI, one stolen base, and 37 runs scored on 63 hits this season. However, given his missed time and rehab setbacks, it may be better to move on from him for the time being.--Chelena Goldman
