5 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman went 1-for-5 with an RBI single and one run scored in the Astros 8-2 win over the Mariners. Bregman gave the Astros the lead for good in the fifth inning, singling home catcher Martin Maldonado in the team's five-run fifth inning. Bregman and the Astros already are flexing their muscles on offense and the 26-year-old is the centerpiece. Bregman has an excellent chance to contend for AL MVP this season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
