Alex Bregman Sitting For Second Game Of Tuesday’s Doubleheader
4 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman is sitting for the second game of Tuesday’s doubleheader after returning to the lineup from a stint on the injured list in Game 1. Bregman had been scheduled to sit in Game 2 and is available to pinch hit, so there’s no cause for concern as the Astros are simply easing him back into the lineup after he missed more than two weeks with a hamstring injury. Bregman had posted a solid, if underwhelming, .874 OPS through his first 24 games this season, and fantasy players should expect the 24-year-old to post an OPS above .850 for the rest of the season.
