3 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman (hamstring, quadriceps) is expected to be evaluated by the team on Tuesday, MLB.com's Brian McTaggart reported on Monday. Bregman has been sidelined since mid-June with a quadriceps injury and has suffered multiple setbacks during his rehab because of a hamstring issue. While an evaluation usually means a player is close to being activated, it seems that it may still be a couple more days before Bregman is officially activated from the injured list. The slugging third baseman has been out since mid-June with a quadriceps strain and hamstring issue, so fantasy managers may want to temper expectations when he returns.--Chelena Goldman
