4 years agoBaltimore Orioles Alex Cobb was done in by the long ball in Friday's Game One 6-0 loss to the Yankees. Cobb pitched four innings, allowing five runs on seven hits (including three home runs) and a walk with five strikeouts. Cobb started the season well but has regressed back towards his metrics of the past several seasons and now owns a 5.03 ERA with 29 strikeouts and 13 walks over 39 1/3 IP. His next start will likely be against a tough Braves matchup, although fantasy players should not trust him in any matchup at this time.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
