4 years agoLos Angeles Angels starter Alex Cobb will try and build off a strong performance in his return to the mound when he takes the mound against the Rangers this week. Cobb (blister) was activated off the injured list on May 20 and twirled five innings of one-run baseball. Before the injury the veteran was off to a rough start and for the season is 2-2 with a 1.52 WHIP and a 4.78 ERA. The Angels desperately need their starting rotation to up its game and Cobb will try and contribute to that. Expectations, however, should be tempered in DFS tournaments for his next trip to the mound.--Joey C - RotoBaller
