3 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Alex Collins had a solid performance in the team's final preseason matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers. He had 10 carries for 37 yards and a touchdown, and he added seven catches on seven targets for 52 yards. Collins is likely going to be fighting for the team's third running back spot behind Chris Carson against Rashaad Penny and DeeJay Dallas. During his time on the field in his career, Collins has run well, and he is a good insurance policy in the event Carson was to miss any time with injury, as they have similar play styles.
