3 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder/first baseman Alex Kirilloff ended a seven-game stretch without a homer Friday in an 8-7 win over the Cleveland Indians. Kirilloff swatted a 409-foot blast that traveled at 103.9 MPH, giving the Twins a 5-3 lead in the third inning. The power numbers have yet to come in droves as they did in late April, early May, though Kirilloff still ranks in the 98th percentile in expected batting average and the 97th percentile in expected slugging. This makes him an excellent buy-low option, as he should continue to see ample playing time in the outfield and at first base, having appeared in each of the last five games.--Tim Capurso
