6 years agoWashington Capitals left wing Alex Ovechkin posted two goals with two assists and a plus-two rating on seven shots on goal over 17:36 of ice time in Monday's 5-2 victory against the Vancouver Canucks. He was able to record a goal and an assist on the power play, including the game-winning tally. He has been fire on the man advantage, rolling up four goals and seven points on the power play through eight outings. Ovie and the Caps will continue the road trip Thursday night against Connor McDavid and the Oilers in Edmonton.--Daniel Dobish
