4 years agoWashington Football Team quarterback Alex Smith (calf) appears to be on the wrong side of questionable ahead of a Week 16 contest against the Panthers. Smith was a full participant in practice on Friday, though the team is "concerned that he can't do everything he needs to do to be effective," per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Smith still has a chance to suit up, but it is increasingly likely that Dwayne Haskins, who took the starter's reps to begin the week, will be starting under center for Washington. Haskins isn't even on the streaming radar, as he'll likely be without top target Terry McLaurin (ankle).--Tim Capurso
