3 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Alex Wood got the job done in NLDS Game 3's 1-0 win over the Dodgers. With the Giants coming off a loss in Game 2 to tie the series, Wood righted the ship once again, pitching 4 2/3 scoreless innings with two hits, two walks, and four strikeouts on the road. It may not have been the longest start, but it was enough to put the Giants in a position to win. Wood will need to continue to produce clutch performances like this if the Giants hope to extend their playoff run.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
