4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers left-handed pitcher Alex Wood is working his way back toward rejoining the big league roster, it just may take at least another 10 days before he is able to do so. Wood is slated to throw a three-inning simulated game Tuesday, with the plan calling for a bullpen session at week’s end, before another four-inning sim game sometime next week. The Dodgers are not lacking for starting pitcher options with six members currently holding down rotation spots. Wood figures to be a part of that mix, although when he gets the thumbs up remains to be seen, which caps his season-long fantasy intrigue likely as a streamer or two-start option.--Jesse Borek
