3 years agoSan Francisco Giants manager Gabe Kapler announced Sunday that left-hander Alex Wood will start NLDS Game 3 Monday against the Dodgers. Wood will look to get the series back on track with it currently tied at one game apiece. The 30-year-old will look to help the Giants rebound after losing Game 2; of his 13 starts following a loss during the regular season, the Giants went 12-1. Wood also owns a 3.55 playoff ERA in 33 innings and used to pitch his home game at Dodgers Stadium. However, he had a 4.76 ERA in 17 innings pitched against the Dodgers this season.
