5 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starter Alex Young earned his first loss of the season on Friday night against the Nationals. Despite the loss, Young recorded a quality start against Washington — allowing two runs over six innings while striking out a career-high nine batters. Young hasn't been a high-strikeout pitcher for Arizona, but he has been consistent in keeping his ERA down.
