6 years agoVancouver Canucks defenseman Alexander Edler is amongst the team's best scorers following the first three games of the season as he trails only Elias Pettersson with his four points. The experienced blueliner has recorded two consecutive games with two assists, sadly for him, both in losing efforts. The Canucks couldn't cope with the Canes Tuesday night, losing 5-3, and defense is a major worry for the team as they are allowing a massive 4.7 goals per game, which shows that Edler and none of the other d-men have been good at their main job. But Edler is at least making up for it with his offense while leading the team in ice time (25:19).--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
