3 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Alexander Mattison will get a "heavy workload" on Sunday against Detroit, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The 23-year-old is widely considered one of the best backups throughout the league, and he will have some large shoes to fill with Dalvin Cook (shoulder) expected to miss a few weeks because of a torn labrum. Mattison has 82 touches for 346 yards and five total touchdowns through four career starts, so he should be more than fine to fill the void versus one of the worst teams in the league. Nonetheless, and it goes without saying, fantasy managers should consider him a must-start in all fantasy formats. He will also see plenty of interest throughout the DFS community in Week 13.
