3 years agoColumbus Blue Jackets Alexandre Texier started the scoring in Thursday's 2-1 shootout loss to Anaheim, lightning the lamp for the ninth time this season with eight minutes played in the first period. The French youngster has now scored three goals in five December appearances, and he's averaging a point per game for the month. It's been a very good campaign for Alexandre Texier, who boasted just 11 career goals in 87 outings before the season started.
