Alfred Morris Runs For 67 Yards Versus Former Team
4 years agoNew York Giants running back Alfred Morris handled nine carries for 67 yards in a win at Washington on Sunday. Morris caught his only target to add four receiving yards. It was impressive to see Morris running this well against his former team as his 7.4 yards-per-carry is easily a season-high for the veteran running back. Morris' future for fantasy remains cloudy, however, as Devonta Freeman (ankle) seems poised to return from injury. If Freeman is back next week, fantasy managers can't trust Morris who was on the practice squad until Week 8.
