4 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Allen Lazard (core) is getting closer to a return, though the team is going to be smart with him. Lazard had surgery to repair a core injury on October 1 and is pushing the Green Bay training staff to play him on Thursday night against the 49ers. Lazard could potentially suit up, as the team activated his 21-day window to return, though it's far more likely they hold him out for a week with the short turnaround ahead of Thursday's matchup.
