4 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Allen Lazard (abdominal) has until Wednesday to be activated from Injured Reserve, a deadline that is "probably pretty promising" that he'll meet, per Packers head coach Matt LaFleur. Lazard has been out of the mix since Week 3, having made a strong impression in his final game before the injury by hauling in six receptions for 146 yards and a touchdown. While his matchup against a stout Colts Defense this Sunday doesn't portend to immediate success on paper, he should slot in as a frequent target of quarterback Aaron Rodgers, potentially putting a dent in the appeal of Davante Adams, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Equanimeous St. Brown. Fantasy managers will want to check back to confirm that Lazard does get officially activated, although his status for Sunday's contest is likely to remain murky until later in the week.--Jesse Borek
