4 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara carried the ball 13 times for 45 rushing yards and a score in a 24-9 victory over the Falcons. Amazingly, Kamara was held without a catch for the first time in his career, as new starter Taysom Hill opted to scramble rather than check-down to him. It was very puzzling to see the dynamic 25-year-old not utilized in space as he was in past weeks, though it could just be a blip on the radar with all the moving parts in the offense right now. He could also be slightly bothered by his foot, though it's best to give Kamara, who's been a top-three option this year, the benefit of the doubt moving forward. Week 12 brings a middling matchup against the Broncos.--Tim Capurso
